We share specific garment measurements in the descriptions of all product listings. We measure all items lying flat, and these measurements can vary by piece. Please reference your own measurements and the provided product measurements to be sure you select the correct size.
All online products will have a size guide link within the product page. The size guides will contain measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your currently owned items and compare for best fit.
If you’re unsure of which size to buy, we recommend measuring yourself before purchasing. This helps you buy the right product the first time, no exchanging necessary.
Depending on the product, you may need to know different measurements
- For tops, just measure your chest just below your arms.
- for pants, it’s nice to know your waist size and inseam.
- Chest - Place the measuring tape under your armpits and wrap it around the largest part of your chest.
- Waist - The measuring tape will fall between your ribcage and your hip bone, not too far above your belly button. Typically the waist is the smallest part of your torso.
- Hips - Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips (typically, this is the largest part of your booty!). Try to keep the measuring tape as even as possible here, so you get an accurate measurement.
- Inseam - Measure your inner leg from just under your crotch to the bottom of your ankle.

Once your order is complete and your payment has been accepted, we will send a confirmation email to advise that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3-4 weeks of confirmation of your order, and are guaranteed to be delivered by the deadline date listed on the store banner.

Shipping charges vary per organization. Some businesses choose to use the exact shipping rates of Canada Poste while others set their own lower shipping rate to reduce the cost by absorbing some of it.
All shipping is done by Canada Post across Canada & or a local delivery service for Montreal only. All US orders will be shipped by USPS.
M.A.D. Distributions accept Visa & MasterCard, but do not accept debit cards or any other forms of payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with a Canada Post tracking reference number and a link to the Canada Post parcel tracking website.

We ask that you allow up from 3-7 working days to receive your purchase, depending on where you are located in the country. Orders shipping to the US will require 7-10 days to arrive.
